Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with Muvic. If a plan isn't working out, you can request a refund within the windows below. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method.

Refund Windows

  • Pro Monthly ($6.99/month): full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
  • Pro Annual ($59/year): full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
  • Lifetime ($149 one-time): full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Windows start at the time of the original transaction. Renewal charges (the second monthly or annual billing) are not eligible for an automatic refund. To avoid renewal, cancel before the next billing date.

How to Cancel

You can cancel an active Pro Monthly or Pro Annual subscription at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@muvic.app with your order number (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt) and the reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued via Lemon Squeezy and typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied in cases of:

  • Requests made after the windows above.
  • Evidence of license-key sharing across multiple users or devices.
  • Repeated refund requests on the same account.
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support.

Free Tier

The Free tier has no charge, so no refunds apply. If you upgrade and downgrade within the windows above, the upgrade payment is refundable per the rules of that plan.
