Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Muvic is operated by Muvic LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Muvic”, “we”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using Muvic (“the Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License

Muvic grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes on macOS devices you own or control. You may not redistribute, sell, sublicense, or transfer the Software to any third party.

3. Credential Authorization & Permitted Use

You expressly authorize Muvic to use the Spotify, Beatport, and Bandcamp credentials you provide, solely to access those services on your behalf and perform the actions you initiate through Muvic (such as reading your Spotify playlists, searching for tracks, adding tracks to your Beatport cart, and adding items to your Bandcamp wishlist). You represent and warrant that the credentials you provide are your own and that you have the right to use them.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of Spotify, Beatport, and Bandcamp. You acknowledge that those platforms may prohibit automated access or credential-based automation, and that use of Muvic may result in action against your account on those platforms (including, without limitation, suspension or termination). Muvic is not responsible for any such action.

You may not use Muvic to: perform bulk purchases on behalf of other users, scrape or extract data for commercial purposes, circumvent geographic restrictions or platform limits, or interfere with third-party platform operations.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Muvic offers the following plans:

  • Free — 25 tracks per calendar month, no charge.
  • Pro Monthly — $6.99/month, unlimited tracks, billed monthly.
  • Pro Annual — $59/year, unlimited tracks, billed annually.
  • Lifetime — $149 one-time, unlimited tracks forever.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy. To cancel, log in to the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or contact support. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. No Warranty on Automation

Third-party platforms (Beatport, Bandcamp) may change their website interfaces at any time, which can cause sync operations to fail. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SYNC OPERATIONS WILL SUCCEED, THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE, OR THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUVIC LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; attempt to bypass license enforcement; use the Software in a manner that violates any applicable laws or third-party terms of service; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Software.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies. Paid subscriptions will not be refunded in the event of termination for cause.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via the app or website.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
