Who is Seth Caparelli?
I'm the DJ and software engineer who built Muvic. I've been DJing in and around Denver, Colorado for ten years, and I play alongside three of my closest friends in a DJ collective called Split Second.
Muvic came out of my own gig prep. Every set started with a playlist and a night of browser tabs, searching each track on Beatport, checking the mix, noting what wasn't there, and trying to remember what I already owned. The creative part of DJing is choosing the music. The clicking part is not, so I built the tool I wanted.
